We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team on a Full-Time and Casual basis. A variety of shifts are available, including morning, afternoon, and evening — with strong availability particularly across PM shifts. What you will do: As a Registered Nurse you will be responsible for: Holistic assessments in partnership with residents and their representatives Development and evaluation of individualised resident care plans Supervise and support Personal Care Workers Clinical care including wound management, palliative care and medication management Liaison with medical and allied health care staff Positive resident experience through resident-centered approach You must be dedicated to working within the applicable quality standards, including the Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards.
